SMS Banking is a banking service that allows Customers to perform financial transactions, inquire account information and receive the latest information from the Bank via a mobile phone message system.
Customers:
The Service is provided to Customers (individual and corporate) that have maintained an E-partner ATM card account or current account with VietinBank.
Services:
SMS Banking offers the following categories of services:
- Information Inquiry
- Bank information inquiry: exchange rate, interest rate, etc.
- Account inquiry: account balance, transaction history, transaction details, etc.
- Financial Transactions
- Fund Transfers: transfers of money between E-partner ATM card accounts via SMS for a maximum limit of VND 30.000.000/day per account;
- Bill payments: transfers of money from E-Partner ATM card accounts to pay service provider’s utility bills for a maximum limit of VND 30.000.000 per account.
- Automatic Information: An SMS message will be automatically triggered when:
- There is a movement on the customer’s account;
- Repayments are due for ordinary loans or credit card loans, etc;
- The Bank offers promotional programs, etc.

Conditions of Use:
Customers must:
- Be using a subscribed mobile phone whose service is provided by Vinaphone, Mobifone, Viettel, S-Phone, EVNTelecom, Vietnam Mobile, or Beeline;
- Have maintained an ATM or CA account with Vietinbank.
