Business lines: VietinBank’s main business activities are banking transactions and deals including: mobilizing and taking short-term, medium-term and long-term deposits from organizations and individuals; making short-term, medium-term and long-term loans to organizations and individuals based on the nature and capability of the Bank’s sources of funds; performing payment services among organizations and individuals; carrying out foreign exchange transactions, international trade finance services, discounting commercial papers, bonds and other valuable notes; and providing other banking services permitted by the State Bank of Vietnam.
Business network: VietinBank has its Head Office located at 108 Tran Hung Dao Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi; 155 local branches in 63 cities and provinces across the country; 2 Representative Offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang; 1 Trade Finance Centre, 5 Cash Management Centres, 3 Non-business Units (Card Centre, Information Technology Centre, Human Resource Development and Training School), and 958 transaction offices. VietinBank has 2 foreign branches in Germany, 1 Representative Office in Myanmar, and 1 subsidiary bank in Laos PDR with one head office, one branch in Champasak and one transaction office in Vientiane. In addition to this extensive network, VietinBank has established relationships with over 1,000 correspondent banks of more than 90 countries and territories worldwide.
