VietinBank iPay: System conversion notices
Dear Our Valued Customers,
From February 01, 2017, VietinBank transforms the system, so we would like to notify you of some following key notes:
1. Login:
Please use your current username and password to login the system from http://vietinbank.vn at InternetBanking for Personal or from direct link https://ebanking.vietinbank.vn/ipay/login.do, or login via VietinBank iPay Mobile
At your first login, please fulfill all information required at Security questions step and kindly remember the answers you provide. These information will be used to verify your identity in the case when you forget your login password.
2. For current accounts, savings accounts:
Your card account number (711Axxxxxx) will remain unchanged and be transformed to the new current account (DDA – 10xxxxxxxxxx). List of Accounts function offers new account number. To proceed with functions offered by VietinBank iPay service, please use "ATM Transfer" function to transfer from 711Axxx Account to New Current Account (DDA) or transfer from DDA to 711Axxx account.
Current account number (10101xxxxx) will be transformed to the new account number (10xxxxxxxxxx). All financial transactions will be made on the new current account.
Online savings account number will be transformed to the new account number (24xxxxxxxxxx) with the same balance, term and interest rate.
3. Your authentication method (SMS OTP, RSA) remains unchanged.
4. Fees: Service and transaction fees remain unchanged.
5. Transaction limit in 1 transaction per 1 account; 1 day per 1 account remains unchanged.
6. Temporary-off Services until further notice, including: Transfer to phone number, Home Credit Loan Payment, Insurance Purchase, Western Union Money Receipt, Online Charity, Train Ticket and Scratchcard Purchase.
You may perform above functions at VietinBank's transaction branches.
