- Pursuant to the Decision No. 059/QĐ-TGĐ-NHCT-NS1 on changing Transaction Office’s name, location and form.

- Previous location: MobiFone Holding, Pham Van Dong Road, Phu Hai Area, Anh Dung Ward, Duong Kinh District, Hai Phong City
b. New name and location
- New name: VietinBank - Hai Phong Branch - Duong Kinh Transaction Office.
- New location: 1st Floor, Anh Dung II Holding, Pham Van Dong Road, Anh Dung Ward, Duong Kinh District, Hai Phong City.
2. Location change time: Since January 24, 2025
3. Business lines and operating contents: The Transaction Office performs fully the banking transactions and deals, including mobilizing, offering loans, performing payment and treasury services and other activities as prescribed by the provisions of the laws and VietinBank.
