VietinBank launches cardless cash deposit feature at R-ATMs
With the new feature, customers can easily deposit cash into their VietinBank account at R-ATMs without needing to bring a physical card, with just a few steps to create a transaction code right on the VietinBank iPay Mobile app.
Terms of Service
- Customer (KH): is an active VietinBank debit cardholder using the VietinBank iPay Mobile application.
- Receiving account: applies to current accounts (DDA) in the VietinBank system that are active and not subject to restrictions or violations of VietinBank's regulations in each period.
- Transaction currency: VND according to the denominations specified by R-ATM in each period.
- Applicable R-ATM devices: all types of automatic cash deposit machines deployed by VietinBank.
Simple Steps:
Step 1: Create a deposit code on the VietinBank iPay Mobile app
- Access the "Deposit with Code at ATM" feature from the main screen or Card Services.
- Enter the recipient's account number. Enter the number of codes (maximum 5 codes)
- The customer enters the OTP code to complete the code creation transaction.
- The transaction code is displayed after successful confirmation.
Step 2: Deposit money at R-ATM
- At the R-ATM, the Customer selects the "Cardless Transaction" feature. Select "Deposit with Code"
- Enter the deposit code displayed on iPay and the last 4 digits of the Citizen Identification Card.
- The recipient's account information and full name are displayed
- The customer inserts the money into the machine, the machine will automatically count, recognize the amount of money inserted and display it on the screen waiting for customer confirmation.
- The Customer confirms and prints the receipt (if desired)
