This service allows customers to register to convert installment payment with 0% interest rate for all transactions of valid goods and services payment by credit card with installment terms, customers only need to pay the preferential installment registration fee

• Customers can register to convert installment payment of 0% interest for any valid payment of goods and service transactions with various terms of payment installment such as 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 months. Customers only need to pay the registration fee to convert installment payment.
• The value of the installment payment transaction is at least 02 million VND and can change according to each period.
• Customers can register to pay a maximum of 100% of the credit limit of the card.

Conditions for applying for installment payment:

• Installment transactions registered at 0% interest are transactions regarding the payment for goods and services at POS (a "purchase" transaction) of VietinBank and other banks in and outside Vietnam, payments on the Internet for the purpose of personal consumption.
• Not applicable to the fee, interest, cash withdrawal, pre-authorize/pre-purchase, gold and jewelry purchases, foreign currency purchases, gambling expenses payments, bills payments, money transfers to e-wallets, transactions with other credit institutions, other transactions occupying the capital of the SBV
• Customers/cardholders are identified by the identification number of their account owners.
• Cardholders are not eligible for installment payment when one of the following situations occurs:
   + The transaction has been recorded in the account statement
   + The credit card account is in arrears.
   + The cardholder violates the terms & conditions for issuing and using VietinBank credit cards.
   + Installment payment method/amount registered by the cardholder has a ratio/value and/or installment duration below the minimum level specified by VietinBank.
