Dear Valued Customer,
In order to improve the service quality and added value to the customers, VietinBank would like to notify amendment and supplement to some fees for individual customers since July 1, 2023 as follows:
- Current Account (CA) maintenance fee for non-VietinBank iPay subscribers.
- Balance SMS service package fee.
- Foreign currency transaction fee (for Visa/Master VPAY International Debit Cards).
- Inactive CA maintenance fee (for long-term inactive CA, to be moved to Dormant status, suspended due to unavailability of financial transactions from 1 year or more (except for the transactions initiated by the banking system such as Interest repayment/adjustment, etc.) The fee is only applied to the customer’s dormant account and stopped when the account balance is 0. For avoidance of such fee, the customers who have inactive account less than 1 year may continue conducting the account-based transaction. For customers having inactive and dormant account over 1 year, please contact your nearest VietinBank branch for more details. Fee collection notice on dormant CA shall be delivered to the customer via your OTT and/or Email registered with VietinBank. If you fail to register 2 aforesaid communications forms, please register at VietinBank Branches/Transaction Offices.
