Notification on the change of operating venue 2021 extraordinary general meeting of shareholder
On 13th October 2021, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) has sent Invitation to attend 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (2021 EGM) via online format from 7:30 a.m, Wednesday 03rd November 2021. The expected operating venue is the Conference Hall of VietinBank Training and Human Resource Development School, An Trai Village, Van Canh Commune, Hoai Duc District, Hanoi, Vietnam. Shareholders are welcome to attend and vote, elect via online method.
However, according to Notice No. 724/TB-UBND of Hanoi City People's Committee on assessing the level of epidemic in the prevention and control of Covid-19 in Hanoi city and Plan No. 243/KH-UBND issued on the evening of 01/11/2021 on the implementation of the temporary regulation "Safe adaptation, flexibility, effective control of Covid-19 pandemic", districts, towns and the whole Hanoi city moved from level 1 - low risk (blue) to level 2 - medium risk (yellow) and changed a number of measures in epidemic prevention, including restrictions on activities, mass gatherings, and conditions according to level 2. Therefore, to ensure the implementation of 2021 EGM' management activities in accordance with the new regulations of Hanoi City People's Committee, VietinBank would like to announce the change of operating venue for 2021 to VietinBank’s Head Office, 108 Tran Hung Dao, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.
Shareholders' attendance and voting, election has not changed compared to the previous announcement of VietinBank. Shareholders, please visit the online link https://vietinbank.daihoicodong.online from 7:30am on Wednesday, 03rd November 2021 to attend the online EGM, vote and elect.
