• Online Remittance Transfer (Vietinbank eRemit) is an overseas remittance service to send money from other countries to Vietnam of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) via the Internet.
  With this service, you can stay at home and access to the Website at http://vietinbank.vn then click on the link for VietinbankeRemit or go directly to our remittance Website at www.vietinbankeremit.com to send money to your relatives in Vietnam.
• Vietinbank eRemit has two main services:
  • Direct Deposit: when the Receiver has an account (current or ATM) at any Vietinbank branches.
  • Cash Pickup: when the Receiver has no account with Vietinbank but can still receive money at any branches or transaction locations of Vietinbank. 
• The service is currently available in 2 countries namely the the UK and Germany.

2. User Objectives

• Remitter who wants to send money to Vietnam and who has an account at any banks in the UK and Germany that allows him to transfer money from his account to another domestic bank account. 
• Receiver who will receive money from his relatives in the UK, Germany. He/she may be account customer of Vietinbank or non-account customer. 

3. Benefits to Customers

• The Remitter has no need to visit any bank counters to send money.
• The Remitter can simply go to the Web site of Vietinbank at http://vietinbank.vn then the module of “Sending money to Vietnam” or access directly to www.vietinbankeremit.com to send money at any time per day 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• Low package transaction fee ( collect all from The Remitter)
• The Receiver can get money at any of Vietinbank’s 900 branches or transaction locations throughout Vietnam without paying any fees to pick up the money.
• The Receiver can get money at any ATM of Vietinbank 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• The Receiver can receive money in foreign currencies or VND.
• If the Receiver holds an account with Vietinbank, they can withdraw money at any time.
• If the Receiver can pick up money at Vietinbank by presenting an ID/Passport and Tracking number that informed by The Remitter.
