Step 1: Registration

Register easily by going to Web site of Vietinbank http://www.vietinbank.vn chose “Vietinbank eRemit” or directly access to Website: https://www.vietinbankeremit.com.   Chose “Send country” below “Enroll today” click on  “enroll now” to enter the information of Remitter and Beneficiary in Vietnam.

Step 2: Submit Money Transfer Order

• After complete registration, please use your User and Password to log on to www.vietinbankeremit.com to enter a money transfer order. 
• Please choose “Send Money” and in put information about: amount, purpose and beneficiary.
• After you submit your payment the system will automatically generate an unique 15 digit tracking number. You MUST inform the tracking number and the amount to the receiver.
• You will see “ an instruction” for next steps.

Step 3: Transfer money from your account to Vietinbank account

• After you complete the money transfer order and acquire your 15 digit tracking number , please login to the Web site of your local bank where you maintain an account and choose “Domestic Transfer” and transfer the Total Amount (principal + fees) to the Vietinbank account following instructions on the screen or in the transaction receipt which has been sending to you by e-mail.
• When you transfer the funds you MUST include the tracking number in the reference or message to beneficiary field.
• Important notice: you must transfer to Vietinbank the total transaction amount that includes both the principal amount and fee.

Step 4: Pay to Receiver

• If the Receiver has account with Vietinbank he can receive money within 02 days from the payment date. His account will be credited and get the interest rate.
• If the Receiver has no account with Vietinbank he can get money by presenting ID/ passport and Tracking number at any branches of Vietinbank.
• Receiver will receive the full amount without paying any additonal fee.
