Western Union Service

This is the global remittance service. Only within some minutes your relative/partner can receive money at any branches of Vietinbank all over the country.

Sending money

  • Step 1: Come to the nearest Western Union transaction point.
  • Step 2: Fill in the form “Sending Form” with Receiver’s information: full name, address, ID number/passport.
  • Step 3: Keep the Receipt with Money Transfer Code Number (MTCN) includes 10 digits.
  • Step 4: Inform the Beneficiary the remitted amount and MTCN.

Receiving money thru Western Union

  • The beneficiary come to any nearest Transaction offices, branches or transaction of Vietinbank, present ID/passport, fill in “Receiving form” and provide MTCN accurately.
  • The beneficiary will receive the full amount of money in USD or VND at his choice without any additional fee.
