Wells Fargo® ExpressSend® Service – Remittance Cooperation between Vietinbank and Wells Fargo
With a standard fee of USD 8 for each remittance you can send up to USD 3,000 per day from your Wells Fargo account to your relatives in Vietnam. Discounted fees may apply depending on your account relationship with Wells Fargo. You can send money conveniently from a Wells Fargo branch, your online banking session at wellsfargo.com or through the Wells Fargo Phone Bank.(1) You can send money for your Beneficiary to pick up in cash at any Vietinbank branch or transaction office or for credit to their USD account held with Vietinbank.
Once the transaction is received by Vietinbank, within the same day, your relatives can receive all the money which you sent without paying any additional fees.
(1) The first remittance transaction using your ExpressSend Service Agreement must be conducted in person at a Wells Fargo branch. Subsequent transactions using the same Agreement can be conducted at a branch, your online banking session at wellsfargo.com, or through the Wells Fargo Phone Bank at 800-869-3557.

Sending money in U.S.

To enroll in the ExpressSend Service, you can come to any of more than 3000 branches of Wells Fargo Bank all over U.S. Wells Fargo account holders may also enroll in the service by calling the Wells Fargo Phone Bank at 800-869-3557.
Please provide your Beneficiary’s information: full name, address, telephone number (if any), and account number at Vietinbank (if any).
Wells Fargo will give you a Receipt and a 16-character Reference Number. If you are sending money for cash pick up, the reference number is labeled as the “Beneficiary Cash Pick Up Confirmation Number”.
For transactions to be picked up in cash, you inform the Beneficiary the amount of remitted money and the Beneficiary Cash Pick Up Confirmation Number. 

Receiving money in Vietnam

Beneficiary can come to any Vietinbank branch or transaction office which is most convenient to get money.
Please present Identity document (Identification Card or Passpost) and provide to the bank staff the Beneficiary Cash Pick Up Confirmation Number that you were provided by the Remitter.
You will receive the full amount of money that your relatives have sent (in USD or VND at your option) without paying any additional fees.
Transactions sent for credit to your Beneficiary’s USD account held at Vietinbank will automatically be credited to that account.
