Required documents for guarantee

  • Application for guarantee issuance
  • Documentation of legal capacity, civil behavior ability of the customers, the authority of the representative
  • Documents relating to the obligations to be guaranteed, the explanation statement of the feasibility, ability to perform the obligations to be guaranteed. Guarantees for foreign loans or deferred payment guarantee of more than 360 days should be accompanied with written consent according to the regulations on foreign loans and debt mangement by the State Bank. In case of need, VietinBank may request additional information about the guarantee receiver.
  • Reports on business performance and finacial capacity of  the customers and guarantors (if any).
  • Files of the collaterals to secure the obligations to be guaranteed accompanied with the documents proving the legitimacy and current value thereof.
  • Payment order (in case of deposit)
