VietinBank At Home
VietinBank at Home is a service that allows Customers to perform financial transactions via the Internet without a need for visiting the Bank’s office.
Customers:
The Service is provided to Corporate customers who have maintained a current account with Vietinbank.
Services:

Vietinbank at Home offers four main categories of services:

  • Information Inquiry:
    • Account inquiry: this feature provides a summary and details of current accounts (of both parent company and its subsidiaries).
    • Transaction history: this features provides Statements of current accounts (of both parent company and its subsidiaries).
  • Financial Transactions:
    • Funds transfer: Transfers of money using electronic vouchers submitted to the Bank;
    • State Treasury Payments: Payments made to the State Treasury using electronic vouchers submitted to the Bank. Accounting entries for such transactions will be posted in a timely and adequate manner into the State Treasury’s accounts maintained with Vietinbank branches;
    • Tracer messages: Sending messages to the Bank requesting for corrections or modifications of one or several information details on Payment orders or tax returns that have been successfully submitted to the Bank via Vietinbank at Home earlier.
  • Reports/Statistics:
    • Generating transaction reports/statistics;
    • Printing vouchers (original and copies);
    • Search/lookup for transactions.
Support:
  • Creation and sending requests for support to the Bank,
  • Receiving and viewing feedbacks from the Bank.

  • Electronic vouchers are protected by advanced security technology using the securID RSA Token card;
  • RSA cards are provided free (for the first 02 cards).
Condition of Use:

Customers must have:

  • A current account maintained with Vietinbank;
  • An Internet access.
Procedures:
  • Agreement for Supply and Use of Vietinbank at Home;
  • Vietinbank at Home Application Form. (Customers may apply for the Service at any branch or transaction office of Vietinbank).
