Introduction

ATM Online is a service that allows Customers to perform enquiries of their E-Partner ATM card accounts as well as registration for and changes made to their SMS Banking services.

Customers
The Service is provided to individual customers who have maintained an E-Partner ATM card account with Vietinbank.

Services
ATM Online offers the following main services: 

  • Information Inquiry (charge free): this features provides a summary and details of customers’ E-Partner ATM card accounts (final account balance, transaction history, etc).
  • Registration for SMS Banking (charge free): Customers can register  such services as Account enquiries and receiving balance movement notifications via SMS.
  • Modifications of SMS Banking (charge free): Customers can change their registered or add new mobile phone number for Account enquiries and receiving balance movement notifications via SMS.

Benefits 

  • Account enquiries made with ease;
  • Quick registration and update of the SMS Banking service without a need for visiting the Bank’s office.

Condition of Use
Individual customers must have:

  • An E-Partner ATM account maintained with Vietinbank;
  • An Internet access.
