VietinBank at Home (VBH) is a service distribution channel of VietinBank, which allow customers to perform transactions at home, in office,…via Internet without direct coming to Bank for transactions.

• Account Inquiry: user can view summary and detailed information of current accounts (of holding company and its subsidiaries/affiliates) registered for using VBH service.
• Transaction History: user can view and download transaction history data (Account Statement) of current accounts (of holding company and its subsidiaries/affiliates) registered for using VBH service.
• Payment Order: user can perform transactions by electronic documents sent to the Bank through VBH system.
• Trace Message: user can request the Bank to amend and edit one or several information of a Payment order which has already been sent successfully to the Bank through VBH system.
• Other Facilities:

  • Create and send request to Bank for support.

Conditions for Service Use

• Legislation status: are organizations which have legal status, and Decision of Establishment in accordance with the Laws of Vietnam
• Accounts: have current accounts in VietinBank network
• Connection: clients must be connected to Internet, and installed with common web browsers such as Internet Explorer or Firefox…
