VietinBank E-Partner card account number conversion announcement
VietinBank would like to express our sincere thanks to you for supporting and banking with us over the time.
In order to better serve our Valued Customers, VietinBank shall proceed to convert your domestic debit card (E-Partner) account, tentatively in May and June, 2017. The conversion will be conducted by phase and have no impact to your current card in use as well as account balance. During the first phase of the conversion, we shall serve both the existing and new account numbers. However, for long term, we encourage you to use only the new account number at your earliest convenience.
This conversion will be conducted by phase as below:
Phase 1: On May 5, 2017, for Cards having BINs within the list of 30 BINs following. BINs are 8-9 first digits from the left in the card number. For example: if the number on the Card is 9704 1552 xxxx xxxx, the Card's BIN is 97041552x. During the conversion period, your account and card will be temporarily unavailable, tentatively as below from 10:00 PM 5/5/2017 to 08:00 AM 6/5/2017.
Phase 2 and 3: Tentatively in June 2017, the official time will be updated here by VietinBank.
Please note:
You may have opened E-Partner card at VietinBank in the past, however, your account has not been used for a long time (over 24 months), please go to VietinBank's transaction offices to complete a procedure to continue using the account and opening card.
